Our advice to applicants

In addition to the relevant specialist education and professional experience, we expect personal attributes, such as creativity, courage to take on something new, passion, goal orientation, flexibility and initiative.

Selection process

Usually two interviews are held, depending on the position. We may ask you to attend a one-day working trial and applicants for an apprenticeship have to complete a short test.

The duration of the selection process again depends on the position – on average it takes between two and three months to fill a vacancy.

The first interview is held by the department offering the position as well as the HR Department. A third, independent person is present at the second interview, in addition to the specialist department and the HR Department.
